Pricing

Prices may be changed at any time without further notice.

We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have received a quote from Little Scout Creative, we guarantee the pricing within the packet for four months from when the packet was first shared with the customer.

Refunds

Custom Invitations and Watercolor Customs
50% deposits are nonrefundable on invitation packages. Payment for custom artwork is not refundable. While working together, a written approval response to the final pdf is required prior to printing. Once the customer gives final written approval, Little Scout Creative is not responsible for formatting and/or typographical errors on the final product. At the time of final approval, your balance is due, prior to printing. All errors, including spelling, punctuation, layout, format and type style, are the full responsibility of the client. If the client should choose to reprint due to errors of any kind, the client is responsible for 100 percent of the reprint, reproduction and labor costs. Cancellations after the job has gone to press are not accepted.

Shipping

Little Scout Creative uses USPS/UPS with tracking to ship most orders. Little Scout Creative is NOT responsible for any stolen, lost and/or damaged orders due to USPS. If your package is stolen, lost or damaged you must contact the carrier (USPS) to report a claim.

International Orders

We do not ship internationally at this time.
